At T55 New York Grill Room, beef has always been at the heart of everything we do. As a dedicated steakhouse, it felt only natural to take that passion one step further, and that is exactly how HEAD TO TAIL came to be.

This October, Chef Samuel Alvisi presents a five course dining experience built on one simple idea, use everything, waste nothing. It is a celebration of sustainable dining, where every part of the cow is given the respect it deserves.

Each course tells its own story. Start with Olive Wagyu Swiss Nigiri, move on to slow braised Beef Tongue and a rare Hanger Steak, then enjoy richly flavoured Beef Tail before finishing with a refreshing Raspberry Panna Cotta. Every dish is paired with wine from Campi Deantera, adding balance and depth to the whole evening.

ห้องพักที่เด็กๆ ไม่อยากออกไปไหน และคุณพ่อคุณแม่ก็ไม่อยากลุกจากระเบียง

Family Sea View Room ห้องวิวทะเลขนาด 61 ตร.ม. ที่ออกแบบมาเพื่อครอบครัวโดยเฉพาะ เตียงสองชั้นเป็นมุมส่วนตัวของเด็กๆ ส่วนเตียง King ปล่อยให้คุณพ่อคุณแม่ได้พักเต็มที่ ระหว่างวันมี PlayStation 4 ให้เด็กๆ สนุกได้ไม่มีเบื่อ และอ่างอาบน้ำที่มักจะกลายเป็นสนามเด็กเล่นแห่งที่สองไปโดยปริยาย ห้องอาบน้ำและห้องสุขาแยกส่วนกัน จึงไม่ต้องรอคิวกันในตอนเช้า

Our Family Sea View Room was built around how families actually travel. At 61 sqm, there's real space to spread out: bunk beds that become the kids' own little territory, and a king bed where parents can finally sleep properly. A PlayStation 4 keeps the kids happy through the afternoon heat, and the bathtub usually turns into their second playground. The shower and toilet are in separate rooms, so nobody's queuing before breakfast.

Then there's the balcony full, uninterrupted sea views, and the kind of place where mornings start slowly and evenings run long. It's the part of the room where everyone ends up together without anyone planning it.

Good to know: Due to the room layout, extra beds aren't available. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children under 12 and everyone gets a bed of their own.
