We are looking for an exceptional Executive Chef to lead the culinary direction of The Globe’s Heritage and The Top of The Globe.
This is not simply another kitchen position.
It is an opportunity to help us build something exceptional.
At The Globe’s Heritage, our ambition is to create one of Pattaya’s leading fine-dining destinations, a restaurant defined by exceptional ingredients, strong technique, creativity, consistency, personality and genuine hospitality.
Alongside the fine-dining restaurant, our Executive Chef will also oversee the culinary direction of The Top of The Globe, creating a more relaxed but equally thoughtful rooftop dining experience.
We are looking for a chef with:
• Experience in Michelin-starred, Michelin-recognised or comparable high-level restaurants preferred
• Strong culinary foundations and exceptional product knowledge
• Creativity and the ability to develop a distinctive culinary identity
• Excellent leadership and team-development skills
• The discipline to maintain consistently high standards
• Strong commercial awareness and kitchen-management ability
• Ambition, professionalism and humility
