พนักงานในเครือ Sunshine Hotels & Resorts ได้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเรียนรู้วิถีชุมชน ณ สวนฟ้าใส ไอโกะ ชุมชนตะเคียนเตี้ย เพื่อส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงชุมชนและการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน ผ่านกิจกรรมที่สะท้อนถึงภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นและการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรในชุมชนอย่างสร้างสรรค์
ภายในกิจกรรม พนักงานได้เรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับการบริหารจัดการของกลุ่มชุมชน การพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ท้องถิ่น และแนวทางการกระจายรายได้สู่คนในชุมชนอย่างยั่งยืน พร้อมรับฟังเรื่องราวเกี่ยวกับประโยชน์ของมะพร้าว วิธีการดูแลรักษาสวนมะพร้าว รวมถึงที่มาของ Storytelling อันเป็นเอกลักษณ์ของสวนฟ้าใส ไอโกะ
นอกจากนี้ ยังได้ร่วมสัมผัสประสบการณ์ท้องถิ่นผ่านการชิมกาแฟมะพร้าว กิจกรรมทำสบู่สมุนไพรฟักข้าว และกิจกรรมประดิษฐ์ “พวงมโหตรหอมย้อมมะพร้าว” ที่สะท้อนถึงงานหัตถกรรมพื้นบ้านอันทรงคุณค่า
ปิดท้ายด้วยการสาธิตการเล่นกีฬาดิสก์กอล์ฟภายในสวนมะพร้าว ซึ่งช่วยสร้างบรรยากาศแห่งความสนุกสนานและเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม ท่ามกลางธรรมชาติอันร่มรื่นของชุมชนตะเคียนเตี้ย
Employees from Sunshine Hotels & Resorts recently participated in a community learning activity at Suan Fah Sai Aiko, Takian Tia Community, to support sustainable community-based tourism and local development through meaningful cultural experiences and local wisdom.
During the visit, participants learned about the community’s management system, local product development, and income distribution practices that help support people within the community in a sustainable way. They also listened to inspiring stories about the benefits of coconuts, coconut plantation care, and the storytelling concept behind Suan Fah Sai Aiko.
The team also enjoyed tasting coconut coffee and participating in hands-on workshops, including making herbal gac fruit soap and creating traditional scented coconut decorations known as “Phuang Mahot Hom Yom Maprao,” which reflect the beauty of local craftsmanship and cultural heritage.
The activity concluded with a disc golf demonstration held within the coconut plantation, creating a fun and relaxing atmosphere while strengthening relationships among participants amidst the peaceful natural surroundings of Takian Tia Community.
