Investing in the future of hospitality starts with inspiring the next generation. On 28 August 2026, our NextGen Team proudly joined and supported the Hospitality Student Camp at Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa, Merlin Beach.

This meaningful program provided local students with the opportunity to explore the world of hospitality through interactive learning, practical experiences, and personal development activities. The camp was designed to help students gain a deeper understanding of the hospitality industry while developing skills and confidence for their future careers.

We are proud to support initiatives that empower young talents, inspire future hospitality professionals, and contribute to the growth of our local community.

Our associates had the opportunity to experience the delicious offerings from Goodfellas Pizzeria, one of our signature dining venues.

After all, if we don't know our products, how can we confidently recommend them to our guests? This experience helped associates learn more about the menu, flavors, and unique dining experience that Goodfellas Pizzeria has to offer.

By strengthening product knowledge and firsthand experience, we can create more meaningful conversations with guests and deliver even better service. 🍕
