FOREST, COAST AND MEMORY.

With an approach rooted in local ingredients, sustainability and cooking in harmony with nature, Chef Gökhan Çilak | Chef Gökhan Çilak joined us at Perdue for Chef Nights Under the Stars.

Inspired by the forest behind him and the sea before him, he created “Forest, Coast and Memory”: a menu connecting the surrounding landscape with the culinary memory of the region.

For Gökhan, a chef’s role is to build a bridge between nature and the plate. At Perdue, that connection unfolded beneath the stars, where the ingredients and the setting told a shared story.
