✅ Sunshine & Outdoor Space – Does the terrace enjoy plenty of sunshine throughout the day? A sunny pool terrace can make all the difference in May!
✅ Location, Location, Location! – Fancy strolling into town for dinner? Check walking distances, hills and proximity to restaurants, shops and beach clubs.
✅ Indoor Comfort – May evenings can sometimes be cooler, so comfortable indoor living spaces and facilities are worth considering.
✅ What's Open? – Kalkan is coming to life for the summer season, but some beach clubs and seasonal businesses may still be opening up.

This important national holiday commemorates the decisive victory at the Battle of Dumlupınar in 1922, a pivotal moment in the Turkish War of Independence and the journey towards the founding of the Turkish Republic.
