Türkiye konaklama sektöründe bir ilk!
Pine Bay, EFQM Tanıma ve Ödül Programı kapsamında gerçekleştirilen dış değerlendirme sonucunda Türkiye konaklama sektörünün ilk “EFQM 5 Yıldız Yetkinlik Belgesi”ni almaya hak kazandı.
Ege Bölgesi’nden yaptığımız başvuruyla başlayan değerlendirme sürecinin sonuçları, KalDer İzmir Şubesi’nin 26’ncısını düzenlediği Mükemmelliği Arayış Sempozyumu’nda açıklandı. Ege Bölgesi Üstün Performans Ödülü’ne layık görülürken, Türkiye’de konaklama sektöründe bir ilki gerçekleştirerek EFQM 5 Yıldız Yetkinlik Belgesi’nin de sahibi olduk.

A first in Türkiye’s hospitality industry!
Following an external assessment conducted as part of the EFQM Recognition Program, Pine Bay has become the first organization in Türkiye’s hospitality industry to achieve the “Recognized by EFQM – 5 Star” recognition.
The results of the assessment process, which began with our application from the Aegean Region, were announced at the 26th Pursuit of Excellence Symposium organised by the KalDer İzmir Branch. We were awarded the Aegean Region Outstanding Performance Award and also became the first organization in Türkiye’s hospitality industry to achieve the “Recognized by EFQM – 5 Star” recognition.
We are proud to be the first organization in Türkiye’s hospitality industry to achieve this level of EFQM recognition.
