府城大台南是個名勝古都 , 到處都是知名古蹟與美食老店 , 來台南玩絕對好吃又好玩~ 而南安大旅社（旅館編號：205）設立於甲辰年陽月也就是民國53年（西元1964年）農曆10月，距今已有將近一甲子（60年）的歷史，是下營目前唯一保存，也還有在營業的活歷史。旅社所在的下營區亦有四寶: 黑豆(養生的好滋味) （遠近馳名） @純蠶絲被(全台有名) @ 燻茶鵝(南部肉鵝重要產區) 等四大名產 , 是個紮紮實實的農業地區 ,另外A贏也是最近很夯的小熊維尼彩繪村所在地, 歡迎大家到下營(A贏)來玩 ! ! !
