Try out our Mango Habanero Tenders. Our version of the super-popular Wing Stop classic (because after all, Uganda has the best mangoes, right!).
Maybe check out our homemade ricotta stuffed chicken breast. Seared-steamed-then butter basted and seared again to finish, ensures a moist and tender fillet packed with creamy and tangy ricotta, fresh spinach, mushrooms & peppers, smothered with a velvety paprika sauce. Delicious!

Anyway, these are genuinely delicious, rather luxurious tasting appetisers that are very easy and quick to make.
I made 19 of these little lovlies for 38k. (I always make an odd number. The extra one will sit on the plate because people are too polite. You get to scoff it in the kitchen when you go to get the main course).
