What a beautiful day for the Norman County Fair! As the day progresses, please remain weather aware due to the possibility of severe storms. Officers will closely monitor the weather as storms approach. As a reminder, the basement of the Arvig building serves as the storm shelter for Ada. In the event of a tornado warning, officers will unlock the east door of the Arvig building to provide citizens with shelter.

**Attention to All Laundromat Customers:**

We regret to inform you that the laundromat can no longer be used to wash animal bedding. Unfortunately, many individuals have not been shaking out the bedding prior to washing, leading to excessive hair, straw, and other debris in the machines and/or simply cleaning up a little after themselves. This not only affects the cleanliness of the laundromat but also poses a hygiene concern.

We truly want our customers to be thinking of the other customers that utilize this facility, as not all customers have access to their own washer and dryer at home. They should not have to wash their clothing/bedding and children's belongings in animal filth.

For those who require facilities for washing animal bedding, there are laundromats in the FM area that are better suited for this purpose. We kindly ask for your cooperation in using the laundromat for personal clothing and linens only.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding this new policy or you have entered the facility for use and you come across a mess please do not hesitate to contact us at 218-784-3333. The facility is under 24hr surveillance, which can help us determine who is in violation of this policy.
