WE'RE HIRING: TEMPORARY WEDDING & EVENT CREW
Pretty Little Vintage Co. + The Lincoln Loft
Watertown, NY | Approx. 20 Hours/Week

We’re looking for one experienced person to join our team immediately through the holiday season!
This is a temporary, part-time position working between Pretty Little Vintage Co. and The Lincoln Loft. We have several remaining off-site weddings and events this fall, along with events at the Loft, and need someone who can jump in and confidently work alongside our existing team.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Preparing and loading rental orders
Driving our box truck for deliveries and pickups
Handling off-site wedding and event setups
Setting up furniture, ceremony spaces, lounges, tables, chairs and décor
Assisting with event setup and breakdown at The Lincoln Loft
Cleaning, organizing and resetting inventory between events
Working alongside our team to make sure setups, deliveries and event days run smoothly
WHAT WE NEED
Previous wedding, event, venue, catering or rental experience is required.
You must also be:
Comfortable driving a box truck with a clean driving record
Comfortable lifting and moving furniture and rental inventory
Dependable and able to commit to scheduled shifts
Confident working independently and following an event setup plan
Organized, efficient and able to problem-solve on site
Available for a mix of weekday and weekend shifts
THE SCHEDULE
Approximately 20 hours per week from now through the holiday season.
Our hours vary based on weddings and events, but our schedule is set several weeks in advance, so you'll know your shifts ahead of time.
We need someone who can start ASAP and commit through December.
PAY: $20–$23/hour based on experience.
Bonus: Our event schedule is already set through the holiday season, so you’ll know your scheduled dates upfront and can easily plan around them.
