Welcome to Talon Ridge Farm!
If you have family/friends coming for the holidays and #1 Don't really have room for them or #2 Really don't want to make the room for them, this is for you!
Set on 100 acres of beautiful Iowa countryside, this is your perfect get away! Step back to a simpler time and unwind and connect with those you love. Grab your hiking boots and wander the farm & trails where you might spot deer, wild turkey or an occasional eagle.
Minutes from charming Adel, stroll the brick streets around the square, stop by Penoch Winery, grab a bite at Fiesta, Brickyard Burgers, Italian Village, Patrick's (for awesome biscuits & gravy), Brick Street Books & Cafe' are just some of the local establishments within 5 min of Talon Ridge Farm!
Located just 20 min west of Des Moines, it's close to everything!
Can easily accommodate 9 with beds. Additional people can be added up to 15 max with air mattress options (this will be offered depending on group needs).

~Four televisions with cable and wi-fi
~Full kitchen plus canning kitchen in heated garage.
~Game room has pool table, two tvs and plenty of room to have some fun
Base rental $200.00 per night (with 2 night minimum) with 100.00 cleaning fee per stay. Weekly rates can be discussed. No pets allowed inside and you must be 21 to rent Talon Ridge Farm.
~Customizable Experience Offerings (for additional cost)~
-Bring your horses or ATV to ride the trails.
-Need a girl's weekend? Head for shopping in West Des Moines Mainstream Boutique, Boxwoods or Jordan Creek Mall or downtown to the East Village to tackle your lists of wants (shh we won't tell your husbands about your purchases). We can arrange a mani/pedi party at local nail salon. Or a makeover class with a make up artist. Or bring all your ingredients and get all your baking done together (two kitchens available).
Chick flicks can be arranged to be available.
-Considering an engagement or want to do something different with your friends? We can arrange a chef (based on availability) to create an intimate meal for your special occasion.
-With the first snowfall, grab a sled and take the kids sledding and then come back for hot chocolate and marshmallows!
-In warm months, tube down the Raccoon River and end on the bank with a bon fire. Pack the clubs, grab a golf cart and head to the adjacent golf course to play a round or two followed by a bbq and bevies under the Iowa stars!
-Uber into Des Moines for amazing restaurants and nightlife!
