For the past 11 years, our number-one rule has remained the same: we never place dogs in group play with dogs from other families.

Every guest receives individual, one-on-one playtime with a member of our team or with me. Only dogs from the same household may play together. Dogs from different families are never mixed,no exceptions.

This non-negotiable policy helps us provide safer, more personalized care and gives pet parents peace of mind.
