A place where God meets individuals and changes lives... It offers Campers a chance to disconnect from technology so that they can connect with God.

Set in an isolated spot off of Highway 30, Friendship Camp is host to seven different camps in the month of June. Through worship and recreational activities (such as canoeing, disc golf, and swimming), campers will develop friendships that last throughout the years. Friendship Camp also offers highschool students and adults a chance to put their faith into action by becoming Camp Missionaries. Come join us, and let the Lord work through your life too!

[2013] was my second year volunteering at Friendship Camp. I was 14 and pretty nervous when an 11-year-old girl walked up to me and said she wanted to ask Christ into her heart. I did my best to explain what that meant. Thankfully the Lord did all the work and she came to know the Lord as her Savior.

Five years later [in 2018] we served alongside each other as counselors at the same camp and even got to lead a camper to Christ together. As I watched Bailey lead two other young girls to Christ, I got a glimpse of our Makers sovereign plan.

All I did was share Jesus with one person but through that multiple people have come to know Christ as their personal Savior. Despite my age and inexperience God chose to use me. So I cant ever emphasize enough that God can use you. Remain faithful!! -Rachel, former AIMM

It's fun to see how generations of our campers have enjoyed similar activities. The current generation of campers will remember our colored powder wars! And the Counselors from both generations probably have similar stories about cleaning up afterwards. 🫣

The churches of Friendship Baptist Association support our summer camps every year. Let's take a moment to celebrate their support. Tag your church if you:

-Sent in snacks or drinks this year
-Donated paper goods 3 years ago (we're still using those!)
-Sponsored campers or sent youth/adults to serve as counselors
-held a ministry event at Friendship Camp in the past 3 years
-Helped in some other way

Sharing the 2026 Camp Recap video was not the plan for day 20 of 72, but we think it's fair to share. Why? Because every generation of campers and counselors has built Friendship Camp to what it is today. Whether it was 10 years, 20 years, or even 50 years ago - YOU are part of the current Friendship Camp story.
