📢 Important Reminder for Owners with Renters! 🏡✨

To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please remind your seasonal tenants to register at the front office as soon as they arrive! 🗓️👋
Last season, we noticed many guests only signed out at the very end of their stay or didn’t sign in at all.

📝 Prompt registration is important because it:

🏊‍♂️ Helps our office, maintenance and security teams look out for everyone and know exactly who is enjoying the resort
🛡️ Keeps our safety and security records accurate and up to date

Hello, Golden Vista Friends!

Please note that there will be no Monday Morning Chit Chat during the month of August. The Activities Office will also be closed in preparation for our exciting upcoming season. If you have questions, comments, or need assistance, please email me at [email protected].

Your 2026 - 2027 Entertainment Series lineup is attached! Tickets will go on sale in early September. I will send another notification with the exact date and time before sales begin.

Please note we have added a FREE Movie at Fat Catz 9:00 AM July 21st Sponsored by Amazing Dental. Must RSVP in the Activities Binder (only 20 tickets available) to attend. The movie is The Odyssey

If you have signed up for Tuesday’s movie at Fat Catz, you can pick up your tickets Monday afternoon at the Front Office or Marcie (GV Resident) will have them Tuesday morning at Fat Katz.

There will be no Card Throw Monday night due to the election. Golden Vista’s Ballroom is being used as a polling location.
