The JK2 Scenic Division designs and builds themed architectural millwork, custom props and fabricates specialty items for the retail, major attractions, entertainment, hospitality and restaurant industries. JK2 has completed projects throughout the nation including work for major theme parks, themed restaurants and national home builders. Summer is all about making memories, and Windsor Island Resort was built for exactly that. JK2 Construction delivered a resort-style amenity package featuring a 15,000-square-foot amenity center, a zero-entry pool, lazy river, water slides, interactive splash area, putt-putt course, sports courts and private cabanas.

JK2 Construction is proud to deliver the first phase of amenities at EverBe, featuring a zero-entry pool, outdoor gathering spaces and a 24/7 fitness center filled with natural light. As a trusted partner, the team also completed the BeSocial Club parking lot, supporting the growth of this vibrant new community.

We're proud to have played a role in the club's journey by transforming a 30,000 sq. ft. MLB Houston Astros spring training clubhouse into the Orlando City training grounds. With dedicated spaces for training, recovery, collaboration, media, dining, and more, the facility was built to keep the team ready for every match!
