It is Pet Appreciation Week, and we want to celebrate the dogs who make every day better.

Drop a photo of your dog in the comments and tell us what you love most about them. We want to see every face and hear every story.

To every pet owner who advocates for their dog and goes the extra mile for their animal, we see you. And to every veterinarian showing up for them every single day, we see you too.

When a dog presents with a soft tissue concern, the conversation about next steps matters.

AlphaFlo® is a ready-to-use, acellular canine amniotic tissue allograft used to supplement and protect canine tissues. It contains biologically active factors, including exosomes, growth factors, hyaluronic acid, and extracellular matrix proteins naturally found in amniotic tissue, cryopreserved to maintain their native state. No centrifugation. No prep time. No in-house processing required.

For practices looking to expand their regenerative options, AlphaFlo® integrates into existing workflows at the veterinarian’s discretion.

What a weekend in Nashville!

Ginger, Alli, and Dr. Mark had the best time connecting with so many incredible veterinarians at Fetch DVM360. It was great to put faces to names and talk through what practices across the country are doing in regenerative canine care.
If we did not get a chance to connect while we were there, we would love to hear from you.

Bree Valensin, DVM primarily works with performance horses, but when it comes to canine patients, she has found AlphaFlo® to be a meaningful addition to her clinical approach.

In this blog she covers:
🐾 How AlphaFlo® fits into cases where surgery is not the immediate next step
🐾 Why a ready-to-use allograft with no centrifugation and no processing time changes the workflow conversation
🐾 How she thinks about regenerative options for aging canine patients

This month, we are proud to spotlight Lynn Wimmer, DVM of Carroll County Veterinary Clinic in Westminster, MD.

Lynn purchased CCVC in 2005 and has built something truly special, a practice rooted in family, community, and a deep love for animals. She graduated from the Virginia Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine at Virginia Tech in 2000, and in a full circle moment, both of her daughters are now pursuing veterinary careers at the same school.

When she is not caring for patients, Lynn enjoys trail riding and gardening, and shares her home with dogs, cats, horses, and a few barn ducks.

Veterinarians like Lynn are why this work matters. AlphaFlo® is incorporated into canine care plans at the discretion of the attending veterinarian.
