We will not be having the soup contest this year. (Sorry for the disappointment.) With the tailgate this weekend at the greenspace we decided not to try to compete with that so everyone can go check it out! Then the following weekend we (Jim, Sandi, Kenny & Rhonda) will be gone as we are going to the Hawkeye/UNI game and we don't want to plan an event if we aren't going to be there. It's work getting tables, extension cords and everything set up and we don't want to put that on to someone else. Then the following weekend, many people are closing up or have already closed up so just doesn't work this year. We have done a lot of events this past season. We will see how the tailgate goes and make a decision for next year. We really want to thank everyone for your participation in all our events. It has really been a great year and we give all credit to our wonderful campers! Plan is to shut water off at noon on Sunday, October 11th so you still have time to enjoy fall camping!
