“I truly one of the best hotel experiences ever at THIS Kimpton. I love a Kimpton for the dog friendliness, community building events, and high end bedding. The staff at Hotel Arras is ELITE! Jamie (provided exceptional customer service), and Nicole and Barry at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure my birthday was special and luxurious for me and my partner to the point we stayed an extra day. Food and activity recommendations were on point! I have a very friendly, exuberant, German Shorthaired pointer, I love the kindness and understanding in communicating if your dog is barking. It gave us the peace of mind to ensure he wasn’t a problem in a new location. Parking Valets were extremely accommodating and fast. Our housekeeper even went above and beyond in maintaining our suite with special touches and impeccable cleanliness. The gym smells fresh and has the equipment you want to use. The breakfasts are large but great for sharing, highly recommend the breakfast burrito! WE WILL BE BACK!!”⁠
