The Lodge at Double Play Ranch is located in Athens County, Ohio nestled in a corner of a 1000 acre working cattle ranch. There is a 28 acre stocked private lake and plenty of wildlife inhabiting the property. With over 8000 sqft of living area the Lodge can sleep up to 22 people. The lower level has 2 bunk rooms, large game/conference room as well as a full bar room. There is more room to spread out on the upper level where you an find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, great room, billiards room with 1/2 bath and four more bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms. There is also a screened in dining area attached to the kitchen and wrap around porch. There is a grill provided on the porch in case you would like to try some the fantastic steaks raised right here on the property. We have plenty of outdoor games available to entertain the group. Laundry facilities are located on both levels.

Located just outside of Athens in the rolling hills of southeast Ohio we are far enough away from it all to truly get away but close enough to utilize the dining and shopping of uptown Athens. The quiet surroundings and tranquility of the lake will surely make for a relaxing getaway.

We are now booking for families, groups, weddings, corporate retreats and other outings. We offer full onsite catering, event planning assistance, and A/V support to cover all of your needs.
