Had a good work party last week, still plenty to do.
Cleared Corbus down to Trail Creek (not able to cross the blown out bridge due to high water) Then trail creek to shake clear to the south fork.
Hot creek cleared from James creek to Phifer creek
Horse haven to lodge pole, down west warrior to black warrior to eagle creek cleared.

Exciting news from the Greylock Lodge.

As many of you know, the lodge was for sale, and this was going to be our last season.

Good news is we have found a buyer and the lodge will remain open. We are booking reservations for the 2026 season.

Long time rider and volunteer trail maintenance advocate Scott McFate and Valerie Waterland have purchased the lodge and will continue the legacy and high standards that customers of the Greylock lodge are accustomed to.

Scott brings with him a vast experience and knowledge of high mountain trail riding, rider mentorship, trail maintenance and what it takes to minimize adverse impact on trail systems.

Scott and I will be working together this season while we transition ownership and management of the lodge.

2026 is shaping up to be a another awesome year!
