Our East Cobb/Marietta, GA homes are set up for guests who notice the details. The ones who want to walk in, drop their bags, and feel at home from the very first night.
Here’s what’s waiting for you:

-Fully furnished homes

-Fully stocked kitchens

-High-quality linens and towels, plus an amazing blanket on every bed (yes, we have found out that not all Airbnbs have blankets)

-Washer and dryer in every home, with laundry detergent provided

-Dedicated workspace and fast WiFi

-Thoughtful touches you won’t find in a hotel room

Our guests mention in every review how spotless our homes are. Clean isn’t a bonus here. It’s the baseline.

We know we’re not for everyone, and that’s perfectly fine. If you’re a family rebuilding after a home loss, a professional on assignment, or in town for a tournament weekend, and you want real homes away from home, we’d love to host you.

Short stays. Midterm stays. Same standard, every time.

To the placement companies and adjusters we work with, you already do so much to help families in impossible situations.

One simple question can make you the HERO of that story:
What ZIP code do you want to stay in?
Not the city. Not the general area. The ZIP code.

😳 It's the difference between a family going three, four, even seven extra days with nowhere to land, and getting them settled close enough that their kids can stay on their sports teams, keep up their activities, and stay in the area they already know. 😎

❓Ask that one question up front and watch how much smoother the placement goes, and how much more grateful the family is. 🙌

If you're placing a family in East Cobb, TaylorGray Properties LLC would love to help them find a home for them to live in while their home is being reconstructed. Reach out anytime; we're ready to get them settled fast and close to their home bubble!
