Our organization is comprised of owners of IHG properties throughout the world, working hand-in-hand to improve the profitability of our hotels, exchange ideas and best practices and strengthen the returns on our members' investments in IHG hotels. The Association works together with IHG to maintain the highest professional hospitality standards for its brands.

From energy initiatives to water stewardship, our Europe Sustainability Committee gathered at the IHG Hotels & Resorts Head Office in Windsor to discuss important sustainability priorities. Led by Association Committee Chair Tim Wheeldon and supported by IHG’s Cat O’Donovan, the group explored progress on the Journey to Tomorrow program, and other key initiatives. Together, they identified practical opportunities to advance sustainability efforts and support long-term success across the region.

Our Europe Commercial Committee recently met at IHG Hotels & Resorts’ Windsor headquarters, led by Liz Laming and IHG’s Will Yell. Discussions focused on key areas like marketing, revenue, distribution and loyalty—identifying where alignment can best drive value. A dedicated feedback session ensured owner perspectives remained central as the Association continues to champion the voice of our members.
