👉 What’s your favorite part about bartending at Dillard House?
The people. I love meeting guests, hearing their stories, and helping make their time at Dillard House memorable.

👉 When you’re not behind the bar, how do you like to spend your time?
I’m usually doing something creative— cooking, baking, experimenting with cocktails, or getting outside and enjoying the mountains.

👉What’s your favorite drink to make?
An Old Fashioned. It’s simple, but when you get the balance right, it’s hard to beat.

👉 What’s your favorite menu item at Dillard House?
The fried chicken. It’s classic Southern comfort food, and honestly, it just feels like Dillard House.

👉What’s one thing you love about being part of the Dillard House team?
The family atmosphere. There’s a lot of history here, and I love being part of something that makes people feel at home.
