Our Casinos Unite Against Hunger campaign, in partnership with The Community FoodBank of New Jersey (CFBNJ), is one of the many ways Atlantic City casinos are working together to support our community members.

We’re proud to share that last week’s Meal on a Mission event at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City helped bring our Casinos Unite Against Hunger campaign to nearly $400,000 raised since launching in May 2025—equivalent to providing more than 1.2 million meals to individuals and families in need.

Atlantic City casinos raised nearly $120,000 to combat food insecurity across South Jersey at the CFBNJ’s inaugural event, including $50,000 contributions from both CANJ and Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City in honor of the property's eighth anniversary.

Thank you to the community leaders, acclaimed chefs, local businesses, and supporters who came together to make this event a success. Together, we're helping ensure more individuals and families have access to the meals and resources they need.

In collaboration with Lloyd D. Levenson Institute of Gaming, Hospitality & Tourism of Stockton U, we are proud to release our third annual report highlighting how Atlantic City’s casino industry continues to power jobs, investment, and growth across our region, all while giving back to the community.

“This new report highlights the vital role Atlantic City casinos’ taxes and fees play in supporting New Jersey’s social safety net programs, as well as the state and local economy through the jobs we provide and the goods and services we purchase from vendors in Atlantic County and statewide,” said George Goldhoff, president of The Casino Association of New Jersey (CANJ). “It also underscores our commitment to community investment through initiatives such as Casinos United Against Hunger, which helps address affordability challenges facing our residents.”

Highlights from this year’s report:

✅ A record $661.7 million contributed to the Casino Revenue Fund, supporting programs for seniors and individuals with disabilities
✅ More than $3.1 million donated in charitable giving, alongside nearly 11,000 volunteer hours
✅ 22,500 New Jersey residents employed
✅ $1.1 billion generated in taxes and fees in 2025—up nearly 25% from 2024, following an 11% increase the year prior
