Sasquatch Hunt at our neighbors, Badlands Off Road Park, is Saturday, November 7th!

You don’t track a legend by rolling out of your house Saturday morning with one eye open and a long drive ahead. You get closer to its territory. You spend a night in the elements. You let your wild side take over at Off The Trail Vacation Rentals and Campground.

Friday night, trade the ceiling for a sky full of stars and the glow of your TV for the crackle of a campfire. Breathe in that crisp November air. Look up at the very same moon Sasquatch is lurking beneath—and listen a little closer when something rustles beyond the firelight.

Was that the wind? A snapping branch? Your buddy looking for another marshmallow?

Sure. Keep telling yourself that.

Our 40x50 primitive dry camping sites put you in the outdoors, where the night before the hunt becomes part of the adventure. Gather your crew, pitch your tent, pile on the blankets, and swap your best Sasquatch theories around the fire. Out here, a little dirt on your boots and a little smoke in your hoodie mean you’re getting into character.

’Twas the night before Halloween, and all through Off the Trail Vacation Rentals & Campground … our housekeeping crew was proving they can rock a costume AND tackle a cleaning cart!

Five days. Five themes. A whole lot of personality! Makiya, Michelle, Ashley and Andrea brought the laughs, nailed the costumes, and still put in the hard work that keeps our guest stays looking BOO-tiful.

We’re lucky to have a crew that brings this much heart—and Halloween spirit—to everything they do!

Little costumes. Big smiles. Memories that stick long after the candy is gone.

From a Power Ranger and a T-Rex to Elsa and a fairy, our trunk-or-treaters showed up in their Halloween best! Here are just a few of the faces that made this past weekend so special.

We were blessed to see so many campers join the fun. To everyone who dressed up, passed out candy, and made a child’s night—THANK YOU!
