Come grab a COOKEE at our Sweet Shop open 24/7 🍪🍪 The Idea:
In 2017 during my senior year of college at Northern Arizona University I tried a popular plant based protein cookie. I remember thinking it was a genius idea to recreate such a nostalgic treat. I was so excited to try it and also curious as to why there were not many other similar products out there.

However after eating one, the cookies made me feel bloated and did not taste good. Not to mention it was extremely high in sugar and carbs. It was essentially a regular cookie with cheap protein powder added to it. I thought to myself, I can do better.

The Cookie:
4 years. 160+ recipes. 1000+ hours of research, theory crafting, and baking.

I did not have any professional baking experience, nor was I a food scientist. Obsession mixed with trial and error were the foundation of the final cookie.

FINALLY we baked a high protein cookie with significantly less unhealthy fats and sugar. The perfect protein cookie was born!
