NC12 is now OPEN to all motorists! One change to our previous announcement: the Emergency Ferry between Rodanthe and Stumpy Point will now be ending service from both sides at 8 p.m. tonight.

Our 1BR condo on Hatteras Island (marinersterrace.com) had a last-minute medical cancellation for a 3.5 week stay. Our condo is totally open from now until Oct 8. If you want a quick vacay while the weather is still so nice or a fishing trip, message us here.

Summer is filling up, but we still have some pockets of time to grab. Plus, lots of Fall time: Aug 12-17, Aug 25-28, Aug 31-Sept 6, Sept 13-18, Sept 21-28, Oct 4-9, and anytime after Oct 14. 2-day minimum.

This family-friendly Avon condo building is located on the waterfront, within 1 mi (2 km) of Avon Fishing Pier and Kinnakeet Clay Works. Lighthouse Beach and Cape Hatteras Lighthouse are also within 9 mi (15 km).
