My sister property, Mountains and Memories, in Estes Park is offering a FLASH SALE 8/29-9/2 ONLY! These discounts are not normally offered, but I had a few private groups retreating in September have some attendees no longer able to make it so I've opened up those spots the general public. There are options to upgrade to an 8ft table if you prefer a bigger space.

Receive a $55 discount on a Thursday-Sunday or Friday-Sunday registration for either the 9/10-9/13 (2 spots available) OR 9/17-9/20 (4 spots available) hosted retreats. Only a handful of spots are available at this discount on a first come basis. Payment is due in full within 7 days of registering. Payment can be made by check, Venmo or Zelle in order to receive the discount. Cost with flash sale discount is $275/person (normally $330) for a Thursday-Sunday stay and $200/person (normally $255) for a Friday-Sunday stay.

Registration includes:
- arrive as early as 2 p.m. on selected day of arrival
- depart as late as 3 p.m. on Sunday
- all meals provided
- all lodging provided (rooms shared with 1-3 others depending on the retreat date)
- a 4 ft crafting workstation (an 8 ft table upgrade is available for $75 more)
- access to a variety of craft supplies
- access to cutting and ironing stations and design wall (if quilting)

Grab some friends and enjoy some time in the mountains! I'm currently offering May 6-19, 2026 at the discounted rate of $200/night for no more than 6 guests. A 2-night minimum stay is required. A $150 non-refundable deposit is due within a week of booking. Arrive as early as 9 a.m. on Thursday and depart as late as 4 p.m. on Sunday. Additional days can be added at an additional cost. Price already includes lodging tax and cleaning fee.

Join me February 26-March 1, 2026 for the first HOSTED RETREAT of the New Year! I currently have 6 spots left for this cozy retreat.

Arrive as early as 12 p.m. on Thursday and stay as late as 3 p.m. on Sunday. Limited to 8 guests. All meals, lodging and 4' crafting station are provided. (There is currently one 8' table upgrade still available for $75 more.) Retreat fee is $250/person for Thursday-Sunday stay or $200/person for Friday-Sunday stay. (Check, Venmo and Zelle payments accepted). Full balance is due by 1/26/26 or at the time of registering if spots remain beyond January.

We have had a dry winter so far with no real snow in Bailey. However, if the foothills finally get winter weather closer to the retreat, then guests should plan to come in an AWD or 4WD vehicle.

Note that guests attending must be comfortable with stairs. All guest bedrooms are located on the second story of the home and the crafting workshop is located on the second floor of the detached garage. There is an electronic cargo lift for moving craft supplies to and from the workshop.

We are offering a discounted rental rate for October 30-November 2, 2025. Rent at the discounted rate of $850 for up to 6 people or $1,075 for up to 8 people. Price already includes tax and cleaning fee. Arrive as early as 9 a.m. on Thursday and stay as late as 4 p.m. on Sunday. A $150 non-refundable deposit is due within a week of booking. The remaining rental balance is due a week before arrival. Payment can be made by check, Venmo or Zelle.

I have a last-minute spot that just opened up for the hosted retreat THIS WEEK OCTOBER 2-5. Cost is $250 for a Thursday-Sunday stay and $200 for Friday-Sunday (Cash, check, Venmo or Zelle).
