Almost Heaven | 16 1/2 ft. Avalon Bell tent
Sleeps 4 (1 queen bed, 2 twin cots)

We have:
Beds/Bedding
Keurig
Basic cooking items:
Outdoor grill
Coleman cooktop w/propane bottles
Plates, coffee cups, silverware
Spatula/Large spoon
Small pot/2 skillets
Power box for light use (small Keurig, charging phones, etc.)
Composting toilet
Wood stove inside tent
Lighting inside and outside tent
2 picnic tables
2 solar powered Bluetooth speakers
Firepit w/4 adirondack chairs (We like to keep firewood split, but at times you may need to gather your own, plenty nearby.)
2 rocking chairs on tent porch

We don’t have:
Power
Running water

Note: You can not drive to campsite, but we have a side by side available to get you & your belongings back there. 😄Parking: 2 car maximum
This campsite is on the property where we live, but it is on the backside of the property.

We are approximately 30 minutes from New Albany, Corinth & Tupelo! 3 miles from W.M. Browning Cretaceous Fossil Park. However, we do have fossils all around the campsite!

Basically, just bring your groceries/beverages!

Why did we name our campsite Appalachia?
Appalachia is operated by David and Christy Fisher. The name is a nod to David's home state of West Virginia. Although our area is not technically in the Appalachian mountain range, we have several nearby mountains...Lebanon and Geeville, which you can see in the background of this photo. Lebanon is the 2nd highest elevation in the state of Mississippi, behind Woodall Mountain in Tishomingo county. You can also see our house back towards the mountains which will give you an idea of how close we live to the campsite.
