Happy Thanksgiving from our families to yours!

We love seeing all the families roll in for the holiday in their campers this weekend! We could not have gone through this past year without all your support and returning faces. We are eternally grateful for the outpouring love after Helene and for our hardworking staff.

It’s the best weekend of the year in the High Country!

Visitors are here for peak week leaves, the 48th annual Woolly Worm Festival , the 46th annual Valle Country Fair AND App State Football Homecoming!

Please anticipate heavy traffic delays this weekend. We hope that our campers enjoy the fall festivities of the High Country this weekend and check out these cool events!

Today marks the day that Hurricane Helene took out the entire lower half of our campground, as well as homes and other businesses in our community. We were without power for weeks, others months, and some still do not have clean drinking water. This disaster reformed us and brought us together unlike anything before.

We can not be more grateful for the community partnerships, our fantastic maintenance team that had worked diligently to get the campground back up and running and beautiful in the very short time we had, and all of you who have come back to support us. Thank you for your patience as we have rebuilt and tried to get back on track after this complete
Devastation.

We would love to see new and recurring faces still. The high country thrives on tourism and we will always be waiting for you with open arms. Again, thank you for all the support this past year - we are truly lucky. 🏕️
