Located near Boone and Banner Elk, Arbor Domus is currently under construction and due to accept reservations for August 2025.

A lot has changed with the Swallow’s Nest in recent weeks! We can now walk on the rooftop patio and see the beginnings of the hot tub structure. Keep an eye out for updates as we keep building 👀🪺🪶

The Swallow's Nest building frame is up, and we wanted to give you a taste of what the treehouse will look like when it's finished. The Swallow's Nest will be the first treehouse available, complete with a kitchen, fireplace, hot tub, and the Arbor Domus touch!
