The Bayfield Inn Bayfield's premier lodging establishment located on the shoreline of the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore.

Our exclusive downtown location is central to restaurants, shops and attractions and within walking distance of the Apostle Islands Cruise Service, the Madeline Island Ferry Line, and Madeline Island Vacations. We have our own restaurant, The Lakeside Dining Room, and 3 bars to choose from: The Lounge, our rooftop Deck Bar, and The Creamery.

🎭 Friday, StageNorth opens up the theatre doors for Fourth Wall Theater's 'Matchless' second weekend.

👻Saturday, get your spook on with Honest Dog Books, Wendy Webb, author, and Bayfield Historic Walking Tours local historical tour guide extraordinaire Liz, as they take you around a haunted Bayfield, er, I mean "Wharton"!

Whether you enjoyed Bayfield and the Apostle Islands Concerts in the Park, watched the boats and Madeline Island Ferry Line and Apostle Islands Cruises go by, or laughed and yapped with friends while looking up historic Rittenhouse Avenue, we love having the Deck alive and buzzing.
