So.. I have been so truly blessed since I started my Displays business in 2004. All because of Tiffany Chantal Albright and my amazing boss at Shell Island Resort.
Unfortunately,
I received a letter tonight when I got home to get some paperwork done and find another permitted restaurant to work in.
First off I have done nothing illegal thus far. However, I currently do not have an inspected kitchen to do anything out of since the kitchen I was using has recently been rented out by another company.
Unfortunately, until I obtain my own permit and not run under someone else’s and until I find another commissary I can no longer provide anyone with any catering, food, trays of any kind.
Please be patient as I have something so big in the works and I promise it will be so worth the short wait.
I’m kinda sad to stop doing my beautiful trays for a while but glad to take some time off during this time of year.
I will be teaming up and working with a team in Sanford. So if you ever need anything please contact them! They do amazing things and you will see me back in action before you know it!!
