We have been busy this summer and still see buyers interested in Beech Mountain. Before the season winds down I wanted to recap our sales information since June 1st to current date, as follows:

There have been 53 homes sold with a median List Price of $650,000 and median Sales Price of $625,000 (97.2%) for a 3BR/3BA, 2,070 sf home built in 1986 with 75 days on market. Based on cost per sf solely on sales price and square footage, that is $301.93. Land value would add about $14/sf to the total.

There have been 28 condos/townhomes sold with a median List Price of $215,000 and median Sales Price of $200,000 (95.4%) for a 2BR/2BA, 818 sf unit built in 1983 with 99 days on market. Note that 19 of these units were in Pinnacle Inn. Cost per sf is $244.50.

There have been 20 vacant land parcels sold with a median List Price of $48,000 and median Sales Price of $40,000 (83.2%) for .39 acres and 62 days on market.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this a successful year for us. We anticipate another good year for 2027, will have an open house for customers, neighbors, friends and drop ins next summer and welcome any questions, inquiries into specific properties; or just drop in to say hello if you are in the area. We are located at 500 Beech Mountain Parkway. You can reach Pilar at 561-598-9252/[email protected] or me (Debbie) at 828-387-6357/[email protected].
