Out modifying and strengthening up the baby trebuchet. Cut the top arm off and remounted the top guidepost. Now the rig can move underneath the car port out of the weather. Next move is to recreate some kind of firing mechanism. Open to ideas.

Send help! Cleared some land at the castle. Now we have massive erosion issues! Started adding some buried boards around where the mini rivers are flowing. Any thoughts on how to stop the issue will the grass grows back?
