We are only 23 miles south of the Monterey Peninsula, located on a private, well maintained road. Perched 950 feet above the Pacific Ocean on the west side of Highway One, The Teapot view is unsurpassed. Directly above Pfieffer Beach, it is possible to see migrating Grey Whales, Humpbacks, sea lions, sea otters, and even the California Condors. AMENITIES
