Beginning December 4th in North Carolina, you can snow tube down 700-foot lanes lit up with bright neon LED lights during Beech Mountain Resort’s Cosmic Snow Tubing experience! Running through February, this nighttime adventure turns an ordinary tubing hill into a colorful winter playground, with glowing lights stretching down the snowy slopes and upbeat music playing as you race downhill. Each 90-minute session gives you plenty of chances to enjoy the runs, with a Magic Carpet conveyor lift carrying you back uphill without having to walk. Located at one of the highest ski resorts in the eastern United States, the tubing park features multiple lanes and its own snowmaking system. Nighttime sessions begin at 6 PM, with additional 8 PM sessions on weekends and select holidays. Daytime tubing is also available without the lights. You can warm up around the resort village, grab something to eat, enjoy a drink from Beech Mountain Brewing Company, or add skiing, snowboarding, and ice skating to your mountain getaway. Riders must be at least 42 inches tall, and tickets must be purchased online.
