Halloween week is here! Pack your campers with your best Halloween decorations, and stock up on candy.
We have a fun filled weekend ahead! On Saturday, camping kids have a full day including a craft, kid games, scavenger hunt, hay ride, costume contest and trick or treating!
The adults need to dress up too for this years Ghostly Halloween karaoke party Saturday night!
As a reminder, we will not have public trick or treating this year.

UPDATE: This does not change the Halloween activities for the camping kids.

Iron City Campground will not have public “trick or treating” on October 31, 2026 from 6-8 pm at the campground. Everyone camping at ICC will still enjoy all of the planned activities.
Iron City Campground will be supporting “Boo in the Burg” in downtown Blacksburg on October 31st. Please support the food trucks and trick or treat downtown!

It’s that time of year when all the ghost and goblins come out of their hiding places! Grab your candy, decorations and pack the camper for a hauntingly good time!
We have Mack’s Bakery food truck Friday night and Delicias Verito for lunch on Saturday! Sweetum’s Lemonade will be here Saturday mid morning. Support our local food trucks and make your life a little easier!
The camping kids will have a haunting time with a craft, games, costume contest and a hay ride!! Bring your trick or treat bags for lots of candy!

Labor Day is quickly approaching! ICC will provide lunch on Saturday for our campers! We will enjoy a craft Saturday morning, some pool time to cool off and a DJ on Saturday evening.
We are so excited for Sunday because it is ICC’s 8th birthday! We will celebrate with ice cream sundae’s and finish the evening playing candy bar bingo!

Mack’s Bakery food truck will be at Iron City Campground from 6-8 pm on Friday, August 21, 2026. Come out and support our local food truck!
