AMC’s Mohican Outdoor Center is located in the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area. Or just splash or paddle in Catfish Pond and unwind.

Stroll to nearby wetlands to spot the local wildlife, or hike the Appalachian Trail to magnificent views of the water gap. For reservations, call 603-466-2727 Monday through Saturday, 9:00am-5:00pm. Just a 90-minute drive from New York City, Mohican is a great base for exploring on your own, with your family and friends, or with a larger group. With self-service cabins, comfortable lodge bunk space, and a fully-stocked kitchen, Mohican caters to those who appreciate value accommodations and prefer to bring or cook their own meals. For a guided experience, Mohican’s weekend getaway programs offer the chance to learn a new skill and get to know other fun outdoors folk.

7–9 PM — THE SCARES BEGIN!
Once it gets dark, our live actors take over the trails. You never know who, or WHAT, might be waiting around the next corner. If you like being scared, this is the time to come!

November is a great time to visit Mohican with a group of friends!!! Did you know Friday the 13th was filmed in Blairstown? The town has a lot of fun activities. Come stay at Mohican and make a weekend of it. Hike during the day, walk around the town at night and see a show at Roy’s Hall.

Looking for something fun to do this October? Come spend an evening with us at Mohican Outdoor CenterOutdoor Center in Blairstown, NJ for Haunted Trails!

We’re doing things a little differently so everyone can enjoy it.

6–7 PM — Family-Friendly Hour

One of the many great benefits of working at AMC is eligibility for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program. If you work full-time for a qualifying nonprofit organization and meet the program requirements, your remaining federal student loan balance may be forgiven after 10 years of qualifying payments.
