Field notes from 71 acres in Parke County, Indiana 🌿

We've been paying close attention to what's living and growing on the property this spring — and the land has been busy. A swallowtail butterfly, an Eastern Phoebe nest, a box turtle, a black rat snake (harmless and helpful!), and the woods waking up with wildflowers and fiddlehead ferns.

This is what spring looks like out here. We'd love to share it with you.
