π° πΉ πΆ TOMORROW! (that's Saturday the 15th for those with wonky algorithms) Performing for the first time at Barncastle, we are super stoked to welcome Ben Cosgrove to the stage. Ben is a traveling composer-performer whose music explores themes of landscape, place, and environment. Described by the Boston Globe as "a sonic plein-air painter... [using] his piano as a paintbrush," Ben has performed in every U.S. state except for Delaware, collaborated with groups ranging from rock bands to research scientists, contributed music to several radio and film projects (including the recent Ken Burns documentary The American Buffalo), and held residencies and fellowships with institutions including NASA and Acadia National Park.
Wow! Cool! Doors open at 6:30pm / concert begins at 7:00pm - tickets are a mere $15 in advance (on our website until Saturday afternoon), or $20 at the door (if available). Don't forget to make your dinner reservation with us beforehand (day-of rezzies on the deck!)... we hope to see you soon!
