Big shout out to Carlisle's Meat Market for the best filet around! ☔️Rainy Memorial weekend did not dampen our appetite for great beef. We grabbed a nice filet🥩 and proceeded with whip up some Beef Stroganoff with our secret white sauce with cheese, and throw it over some fresh Fettuccine paste al dente. Best served with a glass of The Prisoner Cabernet🍷. Yum!! Thanks Mitchell & Crew!!
