Transforming spaces is what we love most.

This stunning setup at the Seattle Design Center featured custom pipe & drape installations, a black dance floor, elegant linens, charcoal heirloom dinnerware, matte black flatware, candlelight details, and a beautifully styled bar-creating a timeless atmosphere from ceremony to reception.

A huge thank you to the talented vendor team that helped bring this vision to life.

Grand Event Rentals is so honored to have been part of the My Snohomish Wedding Tour!

This year, we had the privilege of being featured at four beautiful venues: Dairyland, , Pemberton Farm, and Maroni Meadows.

We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to showcase our rentals, connect with engaged couples, and work alongside so many talented wedding professionals. Thank you to everyone who stopped by and made this year’s tour such a wonderful experience!

Snohomish Wedding Tour at Dairyland

Sharing a closer look at one of the table setups from the My Snohomish Wedding everything on this table is from Grand Event Rentals. Linens, tableware, glassware, chargers, flatware… all the pieces that come together to build the final look.

It was fun seeing it all styled out in a real event setting and watching it all come together on site.
