Kids, parents, and families hit the field for some good old-fashioned Family Kickball as our Labor Day Weekend fun continues!

There were big kicks, trips around the bases, plenty of laughs, and a little friendly competition as campers made the most of one of our final summer activities.

Our campers gathered at Tate’s Place this morning for one last Adult Hi-Lo Game of the summer!

With wrapped gifts on the line, every flip of the card brought a little suspense, plenty of laughs, and some happy winners.

As Labor Day Weekend winds down, our campers are putting a colorful finishing touch on summer at Bay View!

Today’s ceramics brought out plenty of creativity, smiles, and some pretty impressive masterpieces. Best of all, everyone gets to take home a keepsake from one more great summer day.

The calendar may be turning toward fall, but the memories made this summer will last long after the paint dries.

THE OLYMPICS CALLED... THEY STILL WANT BAY VIEW’S INFLATABLE KICKBALL TEAM!

We shared some of the action yesterday, but there were just too many great moments from our Seasonal Camper Kickball game to fit into one post!

So here’s another look at what happens when aliens, dinosaurs, chickens, pigs, bulls, and a whole cast of oversized characters take over the Ball Field for a game of kickball!

Running was a challenge. Kicking required strategy. Catching the ball was ambitious. And simply staying upright deserved its own medal!

From an alien carrying away a player to dinosaurs charging across the field, our seasonal campers proved that you don’t need Olympic level athletic ability to put on a gold medal performance.

You just need a sense of humor, a little competitive spirit, and the willingness to play kickball while dressed as something completely ridiculous!

BETT SCHOFIELD – THE LAST SONG OF SUMMER. THE MEMORIES LAST FOREVER.

Some nights are concerts. This one is a celebration of everything that made Summer 2026 unforgettable. As Labor Day Weekend brings another incredible season toward its close, there’s no better way to celebrate than by bringing the entire Bay View family together one more time.

On Sunday, September 6, from 7:00 to 10:00 PM, Bett Schofield returns to Tate’s Place Pavilion for one final night of live music beneath the Pavilion lights. From the first weekends of summer to this final celebration, Bett’s music has been part of the soundtrack to a season filled with campfires, pool days, family adventures, new friendships, old friends, laughter, and memories we’ll carry long after summer is over.

Tonight, the familiar songs may feel a little more meaningful, the dance floor may stay full a little longer, and every chorus gives us another reason to celebrate the people who made this summer so special. As we celebrate Labor Day and recognize the hardworking people who keep our communities moving, families, friends, and neighbors can come together for one more night of music, dancing, laughter, and Bay View memories.

This isn’t simply the last concert of the season. It’s the final celebration of Labor Day Weekend and Summer 2026. Bring your chairs, gather your family and friends, and join us at Tate’s Place Pavilion as we sing one last chorus, share one last dance, and give an unforgettable summer the farewell it deserves.

After a summer filled with campfires, pool days, weekend adventures, music, laughter, and memories, we’ve reached our final day of organized summer activities—and we’re sending Summer 2026 out in true Bay View style!

Today, Sunday, September 6, we have a full day of games, creativity, family fun, and live music waiting for you:

🎁 10:00 AM: Adult Hi-Lo Game (18+)
Join us at Tate’s Place Pavilion and bring a wrapped $5–$10 gift to play. You must arrive by 10:00 AM—sorry, no late arrivals.

🏰 Bounce House at Tate’s Place Pavilion

11:00–11:30 AM: Ages 6 and under
11:30 AM–12:00 PM: Ages 7–10
12:00–12:30 PM: Ages 11 and older

🎨 1:00–2:00 PM: Paint Your Own Ceramics
Create a colorful keepsake at Tate’s Place Pavilion! Ceramic pieces will be available for purchase for $5 each.

Adding to the fun, one of our talented young campers proudly showed off her colorful version of Clammy, Bay View Campground’s mascot!

There was plenty of dodgeball action at the Ball Field today as our campers ducked, dodged, threw, and laughed their way through one final Saturday of summer activities at Bay View Campground!
