Something big happened yesterday.

After everything was signed and I went home I walked out to my deck and just sat there. The weather was perfect for soaking it all in.

The truth is, I haven't really had a chance to breathe in a long time.

I have given the Lincoln House Inn almost everything I had to give. The renovations. The uncertainty. The loss of a dream, a friendship, a sense of certainty and layer of security for myself and my family......

All in pursuit of a vision.

But I believed in that vision!

I believed that old house on Main Street deserved to be restored. I believed its history deserved to be shared, enjoyed, cared for, and preserved for the people who come after us.

It's been hard, you guys.

Like, really hard.

But somehow things lined up in a way I never expected and now my vision gets to live on through someone else's mission, and when the time is right, I can't wait to tell you more about it.

For now, I just want to say thank you.

Thank you for following along. Thank you for supporting my crazy ideas. Thank you for cheering me on when things looked uncertain.

Yesterday, for the first time in a long while, I truly exhaled and it felt so good.

The space is ready and will host its first class this friday. A private party for a future bride to be. Classes are drawn up. Making some changes to my website to include all things Painted Clovers does in this community.

From manual labor to web developing... not my favorite part of the job. Lol.

The space turned out beautiful and with so many options for classes.

Man... I got a lot of stuff. My husband and I brought over my sewing room from the Lincoln House Inn. This isnt even all my fabrics. Maybe I will fill the shelves. Lol
