The Dragonfly Bed and Breakfast We are a family-owned, farm based bed and breakfast with a heated pool open seasonally and many farm There is a lot to do on our 20 acre property!

In addition to your bed and breakfast, we also have a pool for your enjoyment and lots of animals to play with. We are located 20 minutes from Reading, 30 minutes from Lancaster, 60 minutes from Harrisburg and 75 minutes from Philadelphia. Baltimore and New York City are 2.5 hours away, Washington DC is three hours, Havre de Grace at the northern tip of Chesapeake Bay is only 1.5 hours away.

We’ve had a wonderful weekend meeting three new couples who stayed with us at the B&B.

Thanks to Maple Grove Raceway for two of those, where Sarah personally gave out our number to a couple who drove from Massachusetts who had no place to stay.

It’s great to finally start seeing people travel again and enjoy our wonderful area.

A little about us...

We are a FAMILY ORIENTED bed and breakfast that can be as much of a destination as a place to stay. You can see and pet the animals, that include horses, a Scottish Highland cow, chickens and ducks, as well as a parrot in the house; and of course several cats and a German Shepherd dog that are very friendly. You can enjoy the pool, or sit on the wrap around porch and enjoy the solitude as you rock your cares away. Weekend breakfasts are like I grew up having, with eggs from the farm and locally sourced breakfast meats, fresh baked biscuits or pancakes, fresh fruits, and sweet breads.
