Hello our Fox Hollow friends who still follow us. I have a couple of announcements...Mike and I will be back in Montana this summer helping our friend Michelle at The Outlook Inn Bed and Breakfast in Somers, Montana overlooking gorgeous Flathead Lake. Come stay with us! Next our other big news, Mike and I are leaving Las Vegas and moving to Arizona in mid April. Our new home is under construction and we are so excited. A new home and a new lifestyle in our Del Webb 55+ community, Sun City Festival located Northwest of Phoenix.

Mike and I were busy picking raspberries today in Michelle's very abundant patch. Come join us at The Outlook Inn Bed and Breakfast for a taste of my home made jam. We will freeze and use our raspberries throughout the summer in such yummy treats like Raspberry-Lemon Lemon Muffins, syrup for Nancy's crepes and Michelle's Croissant French Toast to mention just a few.

Time to pack up and leave very hot LasVegas! Montana here we come and we are excited about it! Once again this summer we will co-manage the gorgeous Outlook Inn Bed and Breakfast in Somers, Montana. Come visit this sweet little town nestled on the shore of fabulous Flathead Lake, just a quick drive to Glacier National Park, and enjoy this beautiful part of Montana. All the while enjoying all the comforts of a marvelous B&B and Michelle's and my delicious breakfasts!

It is official! Mike and I will be co-managing The Outlook Inn Bed and Breakfast once again this summer with our dear friend and owner Michelle McGovern Ahern! We will be there July 1st for 6 weeks! This mornings breakfast at The Outlook Inn Bed and Breakfast in Somers, MT started with this beautiful fruit plate staring cantolope from near by Dixon, MT, Flathead Lake cherries and such yummy plums from our neighbor's tree. Fruit was followed by Nancy's Fiesta Omelet, Wheat Montana toast with homemade Raspberry jam and to top it off, an apple dumpling roll topped with Mike's world famous , perfectly whipped cream. I have to say we had some very happy , well fed guests! We still have a few rooms open this month. I would love to make these treats for you too!

Another yummy breakfast by Mike and Nancy at The Outlook Inn Bed and Breakfast. Huckleberry and Cream Crepes with sides of fruit and bacon. It is a lot of fun using so many local products. We may put Flathead Cherry French Toast on the menu soon!

Well we are at it again and loving it! Inn keeping is in our blood. Mike and I pick raspberries and I make jam. We got our first trip advisor review...5 stars for us and Michelle!! Co- managing The Outlook Inn Bed and Breakfast is Somers Montana has been awesome! What a wonderful inn and this location is beyond fabulous!

Counting down the days to depart for Somers, Montana, four more to go. We are looking forward to our 2 month summer job at The Outlook Inn Bed and Breakfast. Ahhh, leaving this Las Vegas heat for warm days and cool evenings on the deck overlooking beautiful Flathead lake!

Time is speeding by! We will be in Montana at the Outlook Inn 2 months from now! I sure am looking forward to being back...

☘Happy St Patrick's Day☘Different not making my Fox Hollow guests cookies this year after retiring last September. I still love my baking and making fun food to please people. This year I will treat our apartment complex office and maintenance friends! Looking forward to summer at the Outlook Inn Bed and Breakfast where Mike and I will co- manage with Michelle.
