While Peak Season has ended Odetah is ready to continue the fun during the off-peak season! We are excited to announce next weekend’s activities to help you plan your stay at Odetah Camping Resort.

Pirate weekend begins on Friday, September 11th and it will surely be fun for all ages! Our activities team will be hosting activities, crafts, movies and much more geared towards engaging everyone in your family and making lasting memories. We will be kicking it off Friday evening with “Plinko Bingo”. It’s Bingo with a twist that the whole family will enjoy! The Odetah exclusive food challenge the “SMOREZILLA CHALLENGE” will be taking place on Saturday morning at 10:30am at the Oasis Lakeside Café (see flyer for additional details). Be the first to CONQUER THE BEAST! Many have tried but none have succeeded! Saturday morning enjoy painting your own “treasure” chest from 11:30am to 1:00pm at the Tables by the Beach Stage! At 2pm head to the Volleyball Court to take part in a “Treasure” hunt for some pirate bounty to put in your uniquely painted treasure chest! On Saturday evening, you’ll be able to enjoy watching a movie at the pool starting at 7:30pm. The pool is heated so even if it’s a chilly night come down, swim and enjoy the movie. If you don’t feel like being in the water, bring a blanket and grab a seat on one of our fantastic poolside lounge chairs to relax and watch the show. See the flyer for additional details! Whether you are camping at Odetah Camping Resort or passing by, our amazing mini golf (Knolls and Holes), our delicious Bake Shop and Scoops Ice Cream are all open to the public until October 31st! The bake shop is the place to go for all your coffee, tea and specialty drink needs along with must try daily variety of muffins, scones, danishes, freshly baked jumbo cookies and much more! You won’t have to travel far if it’s Fruity Boba, specialty Fruity Energy Drinks or that fall flavored treat you’re after, Odetah Bake Shop has you covered! The Odetah Bake Shop is located inside the quaint sun porch overlooking the lake at the Odetah store. If you are looking for a peaceful round of mini golf, all are welcome at Knolls and Holes Miniature Golf. The 2026 peak season ended yesterday, September 6th, but Odetah is still ready to continue the fun during September and October with our off-peak season! Fall is a great time to relax and camp. We have fun planned for every weekend until we close on Sunday, November 1st. Thank you to everyone that raced to Odetah Camping Resort this past week for our “Week at the Races”! It certainly was a fun-filled week with all things racing from activities, crafts, movies and so much more. Our weekly peak season Thursday Trivia Night was full of fast paced fun, and we are looking forward to our last peak season Trivia Night happening tomorrow, September 3rd. While we are having a fantastic time now during our “Back to School” week we are looking forward to welcoming all the “Pirates” out there for our “Pirate Weekend” beginning on Friday, September 11th. We will be enjoying pirate themed crafts, movies and much more throughout the weekend. Here at Odetah there is always fun for all ages. Thank you to everyone that came out to have a “good ole” time during Odetah’s “Summer Camp” themed week! It was certainly a fun-filled week filled with activities, crafts, movies and so much more. Our weekly peak season Thursday Trivia Night was full of fast paced fun, and we are looking forward to continuing trivia every Thursday evening during peak season. While we are having a fun week now with our “Week at the Races” week we are looking forward to having a wonderful time next week at Odetah Camping Resort. Beginning on Monday, August 31st we will be enjoying our “Back to School” week with games, crafts and much more throughout the last week of the Odetah Peak Season. Week at the Races has begun, and we are happy to announce next week’s activities to help you plan your stay at Odetah Camping Resort.

“Back to School” week begins on Monday, August 31st and it will be fun for all ages! Our activities team will be hosting daily games, crafts, and much more geared towards engaging everyone in your family and making lasting memories. Make sure to check the full activities schedule and flyers for special events. Join us for the last Peak Season Thursday Trivia Night featuring SpeedQuizzing (you will definitely want to put your thinking cap on and head down to the Social Hall at 6:30pm for a fun night, Trivia starts promptly at 7pm) to Friday evening’s fun night of Bingo followed by all-ages karaoke with DJ Mike, the Odetah exclusive food challenge the “SMOREZILLA CHALLENGE” will be taking place on Saturday morning at 10:30am at the Oasis Lakeside Café (see flyer for additional details). Be the first to CONQUER THE BEAST! Many have tried but none have succeeded! Saturday there will be the ever-popular Odetah Stuff-A-Bear event from 11:30am to 1:30pm at the Social Hall! With so many animal choices to choose from, everyone will have a different favorite! Our adorable animals all come with a mini Odetah T-shirt to make a lasting souvenir to bring home. On Sunday bring your “Bear’s” t-shirt to the Tie Dye event to make matching unique souvenir t-shirts to bring home! Our 2026 concert series on the beach stage will be wrapping up with 2 amazing bands. On Saturday night, you’ll be able to enjoy listening and dancing to “RED LIGHT” while on Sunday evening “Trailer Trash” takes the stage. Both start at 7pm so you’ll want to make sure to head down early, grab some food at the Oasis and get a good spot on the beach. You must be a registered camper to attend so if you do not have a reservation to stay with us make sure to book one now!

The Oasis Lakeside Café offers an amazing breakfast, lunch, dinner and beyond menu to satisfy everyone in your group. Thank you to everyone that came out to have a “BEACHY” time during Odetah’s “Week at the Beach”! It certainly was a fun-filled week with all things beachy from the activities, crafts, movies and so much more. A special “CONGRATULATIONS” to our Hawaiian Shirt and Sandcastle winners! Our weekly Thursday Trivia Night was full of fast paced fun, and we are looking forward to continuing trivia every Thursday evening during peak season. While we are having a “good ole” time now during our Summer Camp themed week we are looking forward to having a wonderful time next week at Odetah Camping Resort. Beginning on Monday, August 24th Odetah will be all about racing with our “Week at the Races”. There will be non-stop fun for all ages with race-inspired games, crafts and much more throughout the week. Our “Summer Camp” themed week has begun, and we are happy to announce next week’s activities to help you plan your stay at Odetah Camping Resort.

Our campground speed limit might be 5MPH but beginning on Monday, August 24th Odetah is all about the races with our WEEK AT THE RACES! Our activities team will be hosting daily games, crafts, and much more geared towards engaging everyone in your family and making lasting memories. Our concert series on the beach stage continues Saturday evening, August 29th, with the talented band “Probable Cause” (you must be a registered camper to attend so if you do not have a reservation to stay with us make sure to book one now!) or enjoy a Movie at the Pool! No matter what you choose, it’s always a win at Odetah Camping Resort. Sunday morning try out your fishing skills at the weekly Odetah Fishing Derby.

Odetah Camping Resort is happy to announce that our yearly Craft Fair will take place on Sunday, October 11th 11am to 3pm. If you are interested in being a vendor, please see the flyer for details. Vendors do not need to be a registered camper to have a table, HOWEVER, to attend and shop you must be a registered camper. We still have a few sites available for the holiday weekend so make sure to book online or call our office at 860-889-4144 and a member of our team would be happy to assist you with a reservation. Here at Odetah COLUMBUS DAY WEEKEND will be full of fun from Friday Night Bingo followed by all age’s karaoke, a Saturday Food Truck Festival, the ever popular Stuff-a-“Bear” event, DJ on the beach, a bounce house, activities, crafts, movies, the Sunday Craft Fair and so much more! You will not want to miss all the fun we have planned.
