We miss our bed and breakfast every single day! We miss all the company we had. We miss serving you and conversing with you all. We never saw it coming. I do want to tell a story of corruption in the county where Southern Grace Bed and Breakfast was. Many years ago, there was a murder of a young girl. The prosecutor, the deputy sheriff and the coroner framed two innocent boys. The boys were young and had an alibi. The three conspired to frame these two boys. They literally whited out the death certificate and changed the date of death to help prosecute them. The deputy sheriff held a gun to one of their heads for 8 hours to try and get them to confess to a crime they did not commit. The prosecutor paid a jailhouse snitch to lie that one of the boys confessed to him in jail. The prosecutor concocted a satanic worship sacrifice story. The two young boys were convicted of a murder the prosecutor knew he did not commit. The prosecutor bragged he could prosecute a ham sandwich in Meade County. Then the prosecutor tried to get the two innocent boys the death penalty to cover it all up. The Innocence Project came in and proved their innocence. After 22 years of prison the boys were awarded millions upon millions of dollars. Interestingly the prosecutors daughter tried to prosecute David and I within 2 weeks of taking office. She fabricated charges and took us to criminal court. Our attorney proved our case and she had to drop the charges.
Meade County never promoted our beautiful business that the King of Dubais family visited, that Forbes Billionaires visited and that won Luxury Bed and Breakfast of the Year for the Americas. These same people promote the local witches festival in the county.
We had to move and God has blessed us abundantly.
